The main business of the PHL is Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD), a method of installing underground pipelines, cables and service conduit through trenchless methods. It involves the use of a directional drilling machine, and associated attachments, to accurately drill along the chosen bore path and back ream the required pipe. Apart from HDD, conventional labour trenching methods are also used.

We also doing installation, laying, jointing and test commissioning of all kinds of electrical and telecommunication underground and overhead cables and such other related activities.
